Loulu Palms

Loulu Palms, a place where things can take root and grow: love, families, children, friendship, art hope, and last but certainly not least, palms! They’re at the heart of what we do, the physical embodiment of our mission, that which keeps us rooted to the original dream.

These gorgeous loulu palms now welcome guests to the Loulu Palm property: a vintage old Hawaii home, expansive lush lawn, and a long stretch of secluded beachfront – all tucked between turquoise blue water and lush tropical mountains.

The stars burn bright, far from the city lights and skyscrapers. The overall effect is ethereal and soul-stirring. It’s everything you yearn for in a location: a majestic setting for your special gathering, a fantasy backdrop for your photographs, and magical memories to last you and your loved ones a lifetime.

Dillingham Ranch

Dillingham Ranch is a rare property, offering all of the charms and essence of Hawaii, from white sandy beaches to mountain terrain and acres of open green space scattered with coconut trees, monkey pods and rare plant species indigenous to Hawaii.

Peacocks and ducks flutter around the grounds while horses and cows graze in the fields. Visitors can enjoy horseback riding, surfing, hiking and parasailing while experiencing local culture and history, all in one truly special place.

Bayer Estate

Surrounded by lush gardens and palms sits a charming historic home, cozy and inviting with its shady porch and comfortable wicker chairs that beckon you to come and sit, and take in the relaxing ocean and garden views. Antique furnishings and an old-style sunroom looking onto the sun-filled oceanfront lanai conjure up nostalgic feelings of a gentler time.
